Today I am sharing my 5 step system to get rid of dry and ashy skin for the winter season. I shared a more in depth skin care post here that you might enjoy.
This blogpost is in collaboration with Eden Body Works. When Eden Body Works reached out to me about the trio the first question I asked was are the products non-toxic. Not only did I find out that they were non-toxic, I also learned that their products are all natural and cruelty free.
1. Use non-toxic shower gels, soaps and moisturizers or
body lotions because nontoxic products do not have harsh chemicals that
will dry out your skin.
2. Look for shower gels, soaps and moisturizers or body
lotions that have moisturizing properties in them like oats, shea butter,
coconut oil, olive oil, jojoba oil or any other moisturizing properties
you can think of like @edenbodyworks ‘s trio (a body wash,
body lotion and hand cream) that is infused with coconut oil, shea butter and
vitamin E.
3. Use a body scrub 2 to 3 times a week
4. Mix your body lotion with a body oil
5. Keep a good hand cream in your handbag. I love @EdenBodyworks hand cream, not only is it moisturizing, it also smells very
natural. it smells like shea butter and coconut, I cannot stop sniffing my
hands every time I apply it.
